Service Operation

CESSDA operates services at three levels:

1. TRL-08 Production
2. TRL-07 Beta
3. TRL-06 Development

The criteria for software systems to be considered for a CESSDA service are defined in the Service Requirements.

For its services, CESSDA has the following service level objectives and generic Service Level Agreement for all its services.
